We always make sure the appliance is installed in a way that makes repair and servicing as practical as possible, one obvious area is using hoses and cables that are long enough to allow the appliance to be removed without removing the hoses, this also allows for a leak check test to be carried out before the appliance is moved in to place.

A high level of parts stock means we fix most appliances on the first visit, this makes our repair service more cost effective and convenient for our customers, however if the engineer does not have the part available on the service van, he will order the part, when the part arrives at ApplianceExpert and has been checked the office will call and arrange an appointment to fit the part, there is no extra charge for the second visit.
